A chemical cloud over the city of Atchison, Kansas sparked emergency responses and left some people with a burning sensation in their throat.  Pulmonary and Critical Care specialist, Dr. William Barkman, at The University of Kansas Hospital says the biggest danger to inhaling chemicals is for people with already existing health issues such as asthma or COPD.
In the interview, Dr. Barkman talks more on who is at risk of breathing chemicals, when and how chemicals cause internal injuries and when to seek medical attention.
