The World Health Organization wants movies that show people smoking put in the same category as porn flicks…for adults only. In a new report, the organization says on-screen smoking accounts for more than a third of all new adolescent smokers.

Dr. Kimber Richter (pronounced Rich-ter), who runs a smoking cessation program at The University of Kansas Hospital, and who researches smoking at the University of Kansas Medical Center, couldn’t agree more with the effort to keep the younger generation from taking up the habit. In the video she talks about the purpose of the recommendations, what specific steps are suggested, what impact this will have and in her opinion, why this move is a “no-brainer.”
