         What’s more exciting than being a child on Christmas Eve waiting for Santa to come?  What is more frustrating for a parent than trying to get the kids to sleep on Christmas Eve?  Suzanne Stevens, MD, sleep neurologist at The University of Kansas Health System, has some tips to get kids having “Visions of Sugar Plums Dance in Their Heads.” In the video, Dr. Stevens advises parents to keep calm, set expectations, and don’t use any adult medication to induce sleep.  Her tips will lead to a happier Christmas Eve and a happier Christmas morning.
