Kansas City, Kan- The University of Kansas Cancer Center's Missys’ Boutique, celebrating its 15th anniversary, provides support to cancer patients, inspired by two breast cancer survivors.
Founder Judith Newell and her team offer personalized services, including wig and mastectomy fittings, to help patients regain self-esteem.
The boutique is expanding to Olathe and Liberty, aiming to serve more patients.
The segment also touched on the importance of COVID-19 vaccinations, with Dr. Dana Hawkinson advising individualized decisions based on medical advice.
