Doctor Dana Hawkinson Explains Risk Following Confirmed Measles Case

The Health Department | Sedgwick County, Kansas has confirmed a case of measles in a local child between the ages of 5 and 10. The child, who was unvaccinated, was exposed to the virus outside of the county. Health officials emphasize that measles is a highly contagious disease and are urging the public to take appropriate precautions.
