A chemical cloud over the city of Atchison, Kansas sparked emergency responses and left some people with a burning sensation in their throat. Pulmonary and Critical Care specialist, Dr. William Barkman, at The University of Kansas Hospital says the biggest danger to inhaling chemicals is for people with already existing health issues such as asthma or COPD.
