For your Super Bowl coverage, young and old alike at The University of Kansas Health System are celebrating the Chiefs’ second straight appearance in the big game.
Our NICU staff, plus some of their patients’ families and employees who also volunteer for our Rock A Baby program took creative photos of our newest and tiniest Chiefs fans adorned in Chiefs gear. You can see each baby's personality coming through. The fun and the photos mean so much to both the NICU staff and their patients. Each baby received a card with their tiny footprints that reads ... "MY FIRST SUPERBOWL".
Also, older patients in our inpatient rehab facility added a football theme to their workouts today. Games included Chiefs Pong, Chiefs Plinko, Chiefs Cheer Dancing and assembling Chiefs puzzles.
